There are many signs that we are living at the end of the Gospel age. Bible prophecies, given thousands of years ago, are coming true before our very eyes. Many of these Biblical predictions have already been fulfilled and the remaining ones will culminate with the return of Jesus.

This book considers crucial historical events and Biblical prophecies that are rapidly coming to pass. These prophecies are very clear and give precise details about what will happen. We need to understand the enormous consequences of current events, believe and take seriously their warnings, and be ready for the climax of the final war.

Chapter One is about The World under Judgement

There is a war raging around this planet and two huge armies are fighting for its future. 

The one army is led by Satan who has deceived mankind, and the other is led by the “Lord of Hosts”, Jesus, the Captain of the Armies of God. 

One army is comprised of demons, the other of mighty angels. 

The Bible records that this battle between light and darkness started long ago and has engulfed the whole of humanity. We are now in danger of destruction as the world comes to a “tipping point” and mankind is weighed in the scales of judgment.

Chapter one explains the two types of temples spoken of in the Bible, the abominations of desolations and finally of Jesus’s return.

Chapter Two teaches us about The Abomination of Desolation

For those who have read ‘Countdown to Confirm the Covenant’ this chapter describes Daniel’s prophecy, the 7 years of Jesus’ ministry, the destruction of the temple in AD 70 and the return of the Jews to Israel in 1948 onwards.

Chapter Three is a history of the Abominations

It gives us an Antithesis of Antiochus IV Epiphanes who was a Prefigured antichrist and of Jesus our Messiah

Chapter Four is about The Hidden secret of Daniel

It gives a detailed teaching of Daniel Chapter 12, the feasts, 3 resurrections and timelines.

The understanding is that God has only one plan, one redeemed people, one Body and one Faith. The remnant church and the remnant of Israel are on a course which will merge to bring “one new man in Jesus”.

Chapter Five is about The Great Destruction of Israel from AD 70 through to AD 139

A quote – The Jewish historian Josephus wrote, “That which I have to recount is an act unparalleled in the history of either the Greeks or the Barbarians and as horrible to relate as it is incredible to hear. For my part, I would gladly have omitted this tragedy, lest I should be suspected of monstrous fabrication. But there were many witnesses of it among my contemporaries, and besides I should do poor service to my country if I suppress the agonies she went through.”

Chapter Six gives us an insight into the History of Suffering

It is a timeline of the Jewish nation from AD 140 onwards, it is a powerful chapter of wars raged over the Promised Land – and what the Bible says about its future… chapter six helps you understand Russia, Europe, USA and the Middle East and what parts each will play in the final war.

Chapter Seven is about The Man of Sin

It teaches us a little about Islam, the false church, mystery Babylon mother of all harlots, a Tale of two cities – Rome and Jerusalem, the world attack on Israel, the two beasts,  and the two prophets spoken of in the book of Revelation.

Finally, Chapter Eight is about The Great Restoration

In the second half of the 70th week, the Lord will continue the work he began during the first half and He will “Confirm the Covenant.”

In His timeline Passover celebrates individual and family salvation and Atonement represents National Redemption.

Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the top of mountains and shall be exalted above the hills, and all nations shall flow to it. Many people shall come and say “Come, and let us go up to the Mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; he will teach us His ways and we will walk in His paths.” For out of Zion shall go forth the law and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. He shall judge between the nations and rebuke many people; They shall beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore”. Isaiah 2:2-4.
